Dr. Emi Barresi conceived HEARTH Team Leadership while studying at Regent University. Armed with over 20 years of professional experience in technology and a background in Industrial-Organizational psychology, she fused leadership principles with technological advancements to devise a model and development program.
This initiative aims to equip leaders with the necessary skills to navigate the integration of modern technology within their teams and workplaces effectively.
"For over 20 years, I’ve served as a strategic, agile technology leader, initiating and spearheading programs, projects, departments, and teams across diverse organizations and industries.
My track record includes transforming teams, leading large-scale change initiatives, and driving technology innovation through Agile methodologies and process optimization, ultimately launching multimillion-dollar projects and products (SDLC, hardware, QE/QA, ITSM, data and analytics/BI) that deliver measurable value and impact."
