Meet our Founder
Dr. Emi Barresi conceived HEARTH Team Leadership while studying at Regent University. Armed with over 15 years of professional experience in technology and a background in Industrial-Organizational psychology, she fused leadership principles with technological advancements to devise a model and development program.
